Look at this stuff! Isn't it neat?!

Listen up!
Sorry, we get excited. But that's also the Yetto theme this year: listening. Specifically, to you.
In 2024 we built a new kind of help desk that has cross-system integrations baked in and sent the beta version out into the world, for anyone who wants to see what we think of as a great support tool. Now, as people sign up and kick Yetto's tires, we want feedback. Real feedback, not just "Wow!" or "Cool!" What's working. What's not. How we're solving your problems. And where Yetto is falling short, where we're missing the mark, where we have room to improve.
After collecting feedback from users, it was clear that Yetto's tires had great air pressure, but the car was still a little tough to drive. Or, our orange was juicy but hard to squeeze? No matter: The point is, Yetto could be better. Signup and set up could have less friction. We want to make Yetto effortless to navigate - to slip into the background while you focus on the work.
This week, a whole new Yetto begins taking shape.
It's the same powerful, connected help desk under the hood. But now it's easier to get around, nicer to look at, and, if I may say so, more fun to use.
And we're not finished. (Is anyone ever finished improving? Is that not the human quest? Roll a d20 for self-actualization!) Keep an eye out for more user experience updates over the next few months as we polish every dusty corner. We're cleaning like company's coming for the holidays and sweeping all the way under the couch, not just the front bit that people can see. We'll post updates here, in our changelog, and in our newsletter, so you can get the latest wherever you prefer to consume digital content about software updates.
Want to see for yourself? Sign up for the free beta now and have a hand in shaping Yetto's future!
