Release Notes

Look. Switching tools is a pain. And switching help desks? Capital-P pain.

So why switch? If you're already using Intercom, we make using Yetto easy — now, we integrate. Keep supporting your customers through Intercom while you use Yetto to collaborate across teams to make that support more efficient.

Add the new Intercom plug to your Yetto inbox to send messages back and forth between the two. Give any Intercom conversation a “yetto” tag, and it goes to your Yetto inbox, where you can pull in anyone else who needs to be involved. Responses in Yetto get sent back to Intercom as public replies, which go right back to your customer.

Keep all the infrastructure you built on Intercom, but work seamlessly with your coworkers and customers in Yetto:

Intercom plug in action Intercom plug in action: Customer message comes in from Intercom, Support tags engineers, engineers respond via GitHub, Support replies go back through Intercom

Switching between tools and tabs all day is aggravating and slows you down. You jump from your help desk to Slack to Jira trying to chase down answers. "Was that a bug or a change in the app? Has anyone tested this new feature? Who was the last person to work on that so that I can ask them?" In Yetto, you can just @mention your coworkers in Jira (or GitHub, or Linear) without ever leaving the conversation that raised the issue. And your coworkers can read and respond right from the tool they spend all their time in.

(And did you know? Yetto already has a Zendesk plug. Hook Zendesk up to Yetto and get all that connectivity without any of the pain of migrating. Give both plugs a try while Yetto is still in open beta!)

Nobody wants to deal with fractional attention splinters, and now nobody has to.
